ROCHESTER, NEW YORK: WINTER TIME

Ah, winter in Rochester, New York! Stephen and I went up to Rochester a few weeks ago to visit some friends and enjoy a little R&R together. Commuting to Manhattan every day and long hours at work takes its toll on us, so this lovely weekend away was just what we needed! Lots of laughing and memories being made. Enjoy! :)

PARK RIDGE, NEW JERSEY: CARRIE + CARLTON | MARRIED

Carrie and Carlton. They are quite the pair. Here's a little background on the two of them: Carrie is one of my best friends. We, along with the rest of our close-knit group, have been friends for what seems like forever. While attending Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York together, Carrie, a freshman at the time, met Carlton, a sophomore. Carlton was roommates with one of our high school friends and one night during a little gathering, Carrie and Carlton were introduced. Their relationship quickly blossomed and before I knew it, I was a bridesmaid in their wedding! Unable to be the main photographer because of being in the wedding party, Carrie asked me to take a couple shots after the wedding was over (...hence Carlton in jeans haha!) and I was happy to oblige. Here are just a few shots I took in between fulfilling my bridesmaid duties!
